Photo Fix Digital Terms and Conditions

By entering into any agreement with Photo Fix Digital you are also agreeing to our Terms and Conditions.

Any image sent to us must be your own or you must have been given permission to use it by the owner. Photo Fix Digital accept no responsibility for any copyright infringement that results from any illegal action taken by the client or sender of such a picture, photograph or any other document, digital or otherwise. In such a case the client or sender will be held responsible for any costs, legal or otherwise incurred.

We will not pass on any personal details of any nature to any other parties. This includes personal information, digital, hard-copies, sensitive information, email addresses or alike.

Photos should not be sent to Photo Fix Digital without our prior consent. In such cases any costs incurred by the sender are their own. All posted goods from Photo Fix Digital to the client will be by insured recorded delivery.

Any work Photo Fix Digital agree to carry out will be inclusive of all return costs by recorded delivery and any such costs will be included in any quote we make you at the start of work. Original quotes will only increase or decrease should the specification of the original work change by an amount that makes it valid for such a change in price to take place. The client will always be informed of any such changes and will be kept in touch at all times throughout the project should there be a need to do so.

Photo Fix Digital cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage incurred by the Post Office or any third party carriers.

Photo Fix Digital will not be responsible for any damage to property or person, physical injury, deterioration in health, or financial loss, triggered by the viewing of any image on its web site.

Photo Fix Digital may use any work carried out on photographs or alike for demonstration purposes on its web pages, gallery or similar. Users may of course unsubscribe from this by telling us specifically that they do not wish to have their photographs displayed.

Photo Fix Digital reserves the right to refuse any request for our services without reason.
