Most of our standard restoring projects and other services will usually take under one week for the finished product to be ready and back with you. Larger format and very complex work may take a little longer depending on just what is being asked for. We also provide an Express Service if you're in a rush to have something completed or are working to a deadline. Details of this can be found on the Prices Page.

Once the work is underway, clients will be able to view the pre-finished product and give us any feedback before any work is shipped to you.

It may be that some additional small tweaks are then still necessary after an initial viewing, though we can usually improvise quite well and in fact give some very welcome surprises when clients first view our work.

Providing your original requirements don't change too much, your original quoted price will remain the same and any small tweaks are done at no extra cost.

If you have a change of heart and decide on something that requires a different approach then we will of course quote you separately before carrying out any work.
