Q: How do I get my photos to you?
 
A: You can send your photos to us either by post or as an attachment in an email. See What To Do Now page. Your email will need to tell us things like your name, address and any contact details including a return address and phone numbers. You will also need to tell us exactly what you would like doing to your photos or pictures. You can write this down, but ideally we would need to speak to you to make sure there's no misunderstanding. You can look at the gallery for some examples of other work we've done to familiarize yourself with the sorts of terms you will need to use. We will usually give you a quick call back to clarify your request once we have your details. This helps us to both fully understand your needs and avoid any confusion or misinterpretation.
 
Q. I know what I want, can I just send my stuff in the post to you immediately?
 
A. We would recommend strongly that you don't send anything until you've contacted us. We will always return any items with no extra charge on work we agree to carry out, but if you send us something without consulting us first, then you would be liable for the return costs in the case where it was not possible to carry out any work for some reason. An example would be if a photo were so badly damaged as to be completely beyond repair.
 
Q. How much will it cost and do I pay extra for recorded postage?
 
A. Any prices we quote are fully inclusive of VAT and any Recorded Delivery when returning items to yourself. There will be no hidden extras and the first price we offer will usually be the last unless you ask for something additional along the way. Prices vary obviously as everyone will need something different. Have a look at the prices page to get a full view and list of example charges.
 
Q. I'm not really sure what it is I want?
 
A. That's OK you can either email us via the Contact Page or ring us (07523 750 439). If we're busy then leave a message with your number and we'll get back to you. It will help us a lot if we know what we are dealing with, so if you can email us your photos after speaking to us we'll be in a better position to tell you what can and can't be done along with giving you time scales and any costs involved.
 
Q. What if I don't have a scanner and can only provide the original photo?
 
A. That's fine too. We often get this sort of situation and sending us the original will actually avoid badly scanned photos. Once received, we will create the digital version of your image and work on that. you can find our address details on the contact page. You will ned to put your photo between two firm pieces of cardboard (or similar) for protection, and include your contact details. Any work we carry out will be returned to you by recorded post and this cost will be included in the price we agree with you. We would suggest you may want to call us first though if you are not sure of anything or need to discuss any other aspect of the work you would like us to do. You should also include a self addressed stamped envelope or equivalent to that which you send to us in case we need to return your pics in case we don't end up doing any work for you for some reason.
 
Q. How can I be sure no-one else can view the photos of members of my family?
 
A. We appreciate how important it is for parents to be able to protect their family from unwanted attention. When we send you any links for viewing purposes, these will be away form the main site and only you will have access to them. Once you have no more need for this link then we will remove it.
 
Q. The final image doesn't look like I thought it would. What can I do?
 
A. Talk to us. It's possible we misinterpreted your instructions, or there may be some limitations due to the content or quality of the original image. We keep your original image, and work on a copy, so we can have another go at no additional cost to you - you would still only pay any amount due when receiving the final image. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction, and we hope every customer will be delighted with our results.
