Here are some tips to save you any problems during your time with us.
Don't send anything through the post until you've made contact with us first. We will need to agree terms first and make sure that we can carry out what it is you want.
Do send us your photos or other documents by Recorded Delivery or any other method that offers extra security when using a postal or other carrier service. This way your valueable and precious goods will be safer.
Don't worry about return costs. Anything we send you will be by recorded delivery and will need to be signed for. We cannot though accept any responsibility for any damage or loss that results from the postal service as this is out of our hands. Fortunately, we have never experienced any such mishaps.
Don't be vague in your instructions. It's quite easy to say one thing when you mean another, so when you send us your instructions please be as specific as possible and don't leave out any details. We can always make some tweaks at a later date once you've seen your work in its final state.
Do please give us as much information as you can. We would suggest you detail this in writing or in an email, but ring us if there is anything at all that might be misunderstood. We usually find that a quick phone call can save a lot of emails.
